When shopping at HUAS OF PLUR you can always change your mind.

 

On domestic orders, we offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund to the original method of payment, a $10 return shipping fee will apply. EXCLUDING items marked final sale; are not eligible for return.

 

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and all packaging.

 

We ask that you are careful when first trying-on your purchase, as we reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear.

 

 

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

 

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse. 

 

We only accept returns on items purchased from hausofplur.com, items purchased from Authorized HAUS OF PLUR retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

 

All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
